The Council is uncooperative in lay terms absolutely useless. We are battling to keep cattle and goats out of the Diep Rivier Sactuary as well as our property where 388 families live.
use to work here in drawing office 10th floor and then 14th floor. got paid very little but liked my job. it was ok. we use to watch the trucks and busses falling over due to strong south easter winds. that horrible council tea.
