How is the phone offline so often, and when you get through they not very helpful, this department needs to do better for real

Very rude and unhelpful lady works there. I phoned today and she shouted at me over the phone. Why should a government office be employing people who treat others this way? Really shocking bad behaviour of the government staff. Appalling!

Employees of this institution must get there fact straight are they here to help people to find home or put people on the street my personal experience with people that work for human settlements please employ competent and professional staff....

The ladies at the service desk has to work on their attitudes and services. Unwelcoming and unpleasant behaviour. Shouting at people is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. They even ignored me and had me wait while no people was in the queue. When i finally spoke up they treatend not to accept my application forms. They even requested that I apologize for my behaviour after being rude and chased me away

I phoned and email, evens email a manager, no respond, I went in and I couldnt believe how empty it was, no one was at the help desk, I took a video of how empty they were, I sat for an half an hour and a lady showed up to help me.

Called in and the call was picked up by a very lovely and helpful security guard. Service par excellence.

No one pick up the phone when you call, dont they have reception?
