This centre is awesome. The parking is a bit narrow and if you were around when it started, then you'll understand how for many years it failed to meet its expectations. Before the Checkers came through there was a very mangy Pick n Pay store there. The Checkers really breathed life into a place that was a ghost town
Can’t say I’ve ever had any issues. Fair amount of parking for a not-too-busy centre so spaces are in good rotation is that even a thing?. I will say though, car guards have become increasingly pushy. All in all it’s fairly well maintained, not that I’ve checked for cracks or anything. The addition of the ticket system for entering and exiting is kind of stupid though, and a bit wasteful of paper. Though I imagine it’s probably to keep track of how many people visit the centre.
Checkers liquor the people who were assisting me were very helpful. Vanilla beauty the ladies are truly professional and they do listen to what you want without convincing you.
Parking an issue. I always have issues China Market. Prices marked on shelves incorrect and manager Vanessa refuses to sell at marked prices. Staff does not assist clients unless asked to do so. Not helpful. They refuse to provide the owners number to resolve issues, as they cannot.
1st visit, good range of outlet stores like puma, Adidas, supermarket, timberland and more. Lovely halaal eatery called Y'Alla, China mart luggage shop, book store, checkers and more
I am appalled at how dirty the toilets are. I shop there at least 3 times a week and had enough of the hygiene and shocking state of the toilets. I never see any cleaners. I contacted management but have had no response. I shall spend my money somewhere else.
There needs to be a bit more diversity in the stores. But the setup is nice and different. Gives you an open air mall shopping experience.
Horrible experience I bought an item yesterday at the China Market at Fairland Walk. I Called the owner to confirm if I can return the item She said yes. I got to the shop They do not do refunds Only exchanges I was forced to take something I did not need! There is no display of NO REFUNDS Only Exchanges As a OWNER pls make ur customers aware!!!!! Please make sure you really need something at this shop As there is NO REFUNDS WHAT A WASTE!
Great experience centrally located and quiet a few stores to choose from. Great for your weekly grocery shopping or looking for that something different clothes wise.
Visited the Samsonite luggage shop, great service on my repairs and no questions asked on zero payment, Well done & keep putting your customers first .
