Fairview Hotel

Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the golf course is in pretty bad shape and needs a lot more care and maintenance. Also found the food to be a bit overpriced for the portion size and quality of food I received.Service: 4/5

This little hotel is the epitome of serenity and tranquility in gorgeous Tzaneen. Restaurant cuisine and service is top notch. If you're in the area, I recommend that you at the very least stop for a drink to experience the peace that comes over you in this setting.Location: 5/5

Bad bad bad service. Taylor was horrible, she couldn't even remember the guest lists. She would always say, we fully booked. I've waited for more than 2 hours to be seated for Christmas lunch having booked prior. Service can be improved, try better next time guys.

Beautiful venue, with vast manicured lawns!!! Fantastic well laid out Christmas Buffet lunch that included a welcome glass of sparkling wine!! Menu catered for meat and non meat eaters! Great staff and establishment, could do with a consistent backup power with the constant loadshedding. Overall great experience would be happy to try it out again. I love the ambiance at The Clubhouse Restaurant by the River Rooms: A little outdated for a five star in this day and age

Visited the restaurant on the 12 of November and I was dismally disappointed the food is mediocre. I ordered the Sea Napolitana, something I usually enjoy. The seafood was overcooked and mushy, the tamato base was horrible and clearly from a packet and the smell was off and not appetising.Service: 5/5

The staff was very friendly and the location is very cute however there was a problem with the wifi throughout my stay and the electricity at the spa kept tripping during my sauna. I also wish they would have variety of food on the menus for people who stay for long. The cleaners are very good at their job as my room was always clean. The spa also needs to invest in actual champagne or mcc, I’m not sure what I drank but it was a bit weird.

Visited the spa for pedicures. Anje and Precious were professional and made us feel welcome and at ease. Lovely service.

Anjé and Poppie gave us an overall good spa experience. There was no water available to help myself to. No consultation was held with me, would have like more information on the products that was used and half the time I did not know what is happening or what's next. Waited very long for the drinks ordered from the menu I also felt very pushed and rushed to pay for my booking.
