Personal Trainer
I am an ETA Certified trainer. I also hold certificates in different group training classes. It is my focus to help people move better and it is my passion to also help pursue strength in the basic barbell and dumbell lifts.
I believe learning the basics will allow you to learn how to do advanced exercises more safely and effectively. With my experience, I am confident in designing an efficient program for my client.
