Friends from netherlands booked an Nisan Almera or similar buyt when we got to the place they gave them a very small car and not what they booked for the same price. When we questioned the car they responded that the Almera is due for service. Now we have to go to the airport to fetch another car. Very poor service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to hire a car with my friend and the branch manager was extremely rude, she made the process extremely difficult and it took 4 hours to hire a car that my friend really needed. Worst service ever witnessed
My brother had an awful experience with the rental company. The manager Hannelie van Zyl is very unprofessional and shouted at him for no reason. We will not be doing any business with this agency in the future.
I hired a car through my insurance and was very happy with the service the received. The vehicle was delivered to the panelbeaters by a very friendly gentleman and I delivered it back to the branch after use. The vehicle was neat and clean and almost brand new. Within a few days after returning the vehicle my account was finalized and the balance of my deposit returned.

Rented a Car and when I went to collect the Vehicle the access fees were not disclosed properly. They were not in visible. I would suggest that before using them, call the other Vehicle rental agencies first and compare, you might be surprised at what other vehicle rental agencies have to offer with clear terms and conditions.
The car is not in a good condition. I fact there are signs that it was in an accident before. The carpets are worn out. The body has dents and scratches.
