This branch is clearly understaffed. Bank is full and service is VERY slow. These staff members need to get some training from those at FNB North Rand Road, Boksburg, where service is outstanding and staff are efficient and courteous and where a person, not a machine, greets you and assists you on arriva. After dealing with North Rand Road for many years and now having moved to Jhb, I am very disappointed in this branch .
Adding to the list of bad reviews. FNB head office needs to know that this branch does not provide any service and it is pathetically slow. Managers office: Empty. I know FNB is trying to get rid of branches but it needs to then actually provide reasonable service.
I arrived at 3.15pm and the customer advisor asked my query. They ignored me and continued a friendly chat with 3 other staff. One guy was helping customers and upon getting his attention at around 4PM. They explained to him that they did not pay too much attention to my query. At that point the guy assisting said he cannot help me at all due to a lacking piece of documentation. The previous day. I was turned as the advisor told me the systems are down. There was about 6 members of staff in the branch upon my arrival and all pretty much showed no interest in helping me. The only man who turned me away, offered me an apology. The management and staff in the branch are not helpful at all. A simple query turned into a wasted hour and wasted trip on the previous day. Why would you stay with FNB at this point? I imagine they are not held accountable for such poor service and behaviour. One lady sat on the customer desk and had a 10 minute private conversation without serving any customer. Overall, very disappointing and disgraceful.

Consistently receive bad service at this branch. They are so happy to tell you to visit a different branch or that they can’t help you for whatever reason. If they do manage to help you, it’s always a long wait at the tellers. No matter how many people are in that line and even if there is a client taking particularly long don’t expect them to bring in another teller. Staff seem somewhat incompetent because when you complain you get a robotic response repeated to you endlessly until you give up and walk out of there fuming.
Spent almost an hour waiting while hearing the manager of the branch have a full conversation about how to use her Pick n Pay smart shopper points. She was sitting at one of the sales and services booths with her closed sign on while only 2 of the 8 booths were open to service clients at. Would not reccomend this branch
FNB absolutely pathetic. I have been trying to apply for an account for 2 weeks now and no luck. Take you business elsewhere, can't be worse than this.
This branch needs assistance, I don’t remember coming here and not being in line for less than an hour.There is always 2 or 1 person on duty and others are either walking around or sitting by their desk ignoring people.This brand is really bad
Fantastic and prompt service by this branch..! I might even change my account over to them.. but I did get here early which probably helped.
Horrible service. Take your full day off from work if you expect to get help here and don't bother coming here during your lunch break... your boss will fire you because you will leave 10 hours later. No regard for ticket numbers and for who came first.
