Some of the worst service I have experienced anywhere. 2 years ago they told me that they had ordered a new seat belt. Now they have changed ownership and they have no record. 2-3 months ago I ordered a new back of the driver's seat. They called me for an appointment to fit it and they had ordered the bottom so the whole process has to start again. Yesterday as I left I asked for details of an upholstery repair shop and I made them promise to call me with the contact details. They never called. I called this morning at 9.30am and they have still not called me back.
Mpumelelo is the best sales man in the whole country . What I find disturbing is coming to service we get told of the 10km radius drop off .so u cater for bryanston customers when it comes to service yet happy to sell to everyone. So not fair cause other dealerships don't have this ridiculous 10km ts n cs .DO BETTER !!! if I buy ny car by your dealership I want it serviced there simple
waited 10 min to speak to 1 of 4 spares sales representatives, How are 4 people all on the phone for 10min quoting on parts.. they not selling cars!!! Asked for the dealer manager, only to be put on hold again, and then told that he was out!!!! yet another MB dealership with TERRIBLE service! wish there was an option for NO stars!
Match the well known quality Mercedes-Benz brand with professionalism in all your staff, including management, please. I was only impressed by the professionalism of the security guards at the gate! However that is not the reason for visiting the branch. Improve!!
Great customer service and free while you wait refreshments. The vehicles on show are a marvel to behold. Service time is very wavery, previous service car booked in before 7am, this time around after 7am. Consistency is key.
Cannot get a refund for parts fully paid for from Mercedes Bryanston MOTUS. They informed me part not avaliable, Matter is outstanding since November 2022. Parts manager will not respond or update emails.

Good location however Insufficient parking and service can be improved greatly.
We missed our family holiday as Merc Bryanston did not have brake pads in stock. I booked my car in and on Friday afternoon the 23rd of December they said there is no stock after the vehicle was there for 5 hours. I could not get ahold of anyone and the branch was closed. The employees actually told me it's not their problem and they are just the messengers. I was told that a rental vehicle will be arranged and it was not. DO NOT use this branch. I will be taking this up legally to recover losses.
