The place is dirty and the staff is not customer friendly

We had the russian gatsby for lunch and it was a horrible taste that was left behind , myself and my colleagues only has some chips and a piece of roll as the roll was the only fresh part of the gatsby the chips were burnt and the russians had a different taste than normal russians. I would not buy from this place again.

bought 5 gatsbies here on Friday, all the gatsbies were horrible. All my colleagues were disappointed, it was the worst I had in my lifetime and I am 44 years old. What a sad day I had on Friday for Labarang. My worst eid lunch in my lifetime. Waste of money.

the lady infront is very very rude , the lady doing the Gatsby . Nokuzola is her name I think . she needs more training with dealing with customers. I strongly believe I am not the only customer complaining about her . please let her work in the back cause you will loose customers

If i could give a negative rating I would. Just ate their mini snoek and it was horrible. I couldn't finish it. The fish was rubbery and bland. What a disappointment! I used to eat at their restuarant in Cape Town CBD and it was friend to perfection... Belville what's going on

Pathetic service no wet floor sings when moping floors staff is angry,I can't believe I came all the way from parrow just to buy I like their chips but wen I got ther I ended up not even buying anything the lady in front needs training on how to treat customers

They water down their vinegar
