The place was inhospitable , no place to sit chairs flipped upside down to discourage any sitting, wet floor signage right at the door to discouge even entrance
Their meat is to die for and the pap it is also to die for compliments to their main cooks, service is prompt too.
What a horrible service. People I'm with have eaten completely and I havent got my order yet. First they messed it up, and then they take forever to get it to you. The waitress seems like are being forced to work, you have to ask them to wipe the table, you also have to ask for cutlery . Am never eating here
Worst service ever,. Worst manager, Nyasha. Rather you order from newtown mall. Their chicken is not well cooked and they dont add salt, not to speak about bursting sauce. If you want peace of mind, dont order from them. Nyasha doesn't know her job as a manager.
I ordered skhafthin meal... and the meat had a horrible smell amd a funny taste flies were literally all over my table I did not even finish the meal .... You guys need to know that it's very hot ,you can't leave the meat of the fridge for a long .... I really was disappointed because i love galitos
The chicken was very dry and burnt the pap too soft and very small and the livers and chicken had a parrifin or gas smell I just hope I don't get sick tmrw
I've ordered food, it was short when delivered then I called in they said they will bring it two days ago im still waiting, ive ordered again today wasted more than R50 of my airtime still waiting for my order 2 hours later... so incompetent and poor client service Carlton centre branch
Galito's is selfish, I saw people eating grilled chicken with pap only. No gravy since they don't provide anything. If u don't have money for extra's usenjeni!
It okay, not great but okay. Food took long and the wait was not worth it. Sorry Galitos I will get better vslue some place else.
The meal was below the Galitos standard, my rice was cold and the gravy was put underneath the rice. I'm a Pretoria girl and I have always had the best meal experiences at Sunnyside, Bosman and Bloed.
