Great service and absolutely great ice cream. They're ice cream machine is rarely "broken" so high chances if you pass through you'll be able to grab a McFluffy. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They also have self checkout tills to order from and theres lots of sitting roon inside and outside. Parking: Very limited parking, plus is located on a busy road, so chances of you finding a parking spot before someone blocks you and takes the spot are very low.
Good place to meet,eat and discuss. Easy access and the atmosphere is good to go through your stuff without any disturbance.Food: 5/5
The worst service ever they basically wanted me to beg them, so I ordered a grand-chicken spicy, the chicken on the burger was over cooked, so I couldn't bite it because I have braces, so I require a fork and knife, so I ask kindly to the person handing out orders if she could please give plastic cutlery which they had and she told me no I can't give you because cutlery it's only for breakfast go ask the manager, so I tell the manager I can't bite their burger can I have cutlery and she says we don't give cutlery and I told her I won't be able to eat without it and she is like I'm going to give you but don't ever do it again, at that point I'm confused whether I'm being asked to remove my braces so I can bite through their hard over cooked chicken patty or I should never come again? I have went to so many fast food restaurant and when I ask for cutlery they give me without even asking me questions, but at this McDonald's I literally had to beg for a plastic cutlery, disappointing service and poor management and yes I won't do it again I'm never going back to that McDonald's
This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in SA Ghandi Square went there last night around 8pm, the store was so empty but their service was so slow. My order was ready but had to wait for them to get the fries out the freezer and start cooking them while my food was getting cold. You have to remind them to add catchup and a strew even though you ordered a takeaway. They seemed to be short stuffed, one person doing everything and someone just standing there on their phone the whole time. Their service is so horrible shame.
The McDonald's app allowed me to redeem my points and the machine still charged me then when I asked for a receipt, they just ignored me. I had to go through 5 people and wait 20mins just for assistance. Terrible service.
The worst service of all McDonald’s in SA I ordered the Argentinian promo burger and the lettuce was literally covered in dirt. The staff is always soooo noise they sing at the top of their lungs . I do my hair at the salons nearby so I usually go the for a quick snack. The service is always below average no matter how hard you try to ignore it.
Order 3590 was my order number and I got two big Macs, Stoney and hazelnut ice coffee. I honestly regret it because instead I got hazelnut syrup in brown ice water. They have really ruined my love for iced coffee
Service was not satisfactory. Waited too long and was late for work. Third time this has happened. Either than that, I normally enjoy eating there. Parking: Would be great if there was parking but I do understand that it would not be possible because of where it's located
