The waiters try to make sure that you forget about your change even after tipping them. We waited 30mins for our ribs which came back cold. How!???? most of the things on the menu were unavailable. It's a lovely place hang out ample space. Good music
Went there for the final of the 2022 FIFA World Cup so didn’t get the ideal chance to see what the venue is like without all the branding and fanfare. While parking might be a slight issue, you get great views across Soweto. The venue is well set-up, clean and orderly. There are sufficient ablution facilities available too. There is also tons of safety around making this a great venue to bring people who are first-time visitors to Soweto. The menu options seemed like typical shisanyama options hence it’s not the ideal place if you’re chasing body-goals. Again, this was during peak Festive season during the World Cup so I wasn’t bothered in asking for healthy food options. It’s a decent experience of Soweto. Definitely worth a try!
I came here with a friend to eat but at the time they did not have the full menu available and it was early so there were not a lot people there besides those working. However, I love the layout and how big the venue is. We need more venues like this in the states.Service: 5/5
We waited 2hrs for food, the bouncers get overwhelmed by crowd, service is slow. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this place. There's alot they need to work. From their backup system, hiring more stuff, whether VIP or General you're important to the environment. The stuff needs to be told! There's no good vibe whatsoever.
Was here for the World Cup final. The people behind the counter were rather interested on what's going on on their phones than serving us. Enjoyed the food.Food: 4/5

Jams on Ice was a disaster, I waited In the queue for 2 hours and the service was horrible, the staff members were overwhelmed by the crowd, Kabza and Maphorisa where horrible just to say the least. I definitely don't recommend it, I had a horrible night of being in the queues
Great pub with a proper atmosphere and vibe. The sound system is on another level making the music sound just right. Performances from artists and dj's just elevate the mood. The drinks prices are reasonable for pub standards and the food is on point. Toilets are kept clean and security is well... security. Enjoyed it more than I should've. Great place to unwind and have fun. Definitely will be frequenting this place.
Great place for vibes, Mogodu was great but would be great if they can also offer other options. Service relatively slow and later on the evening became non existent.Food: 4/5
A lovely and clean place. Good customer service, it has a good vibe, great DJs. But it gets too full.
