Ive had a terrible experience with this mcdonald my first encounter with their horrible service was when i ordered a Mcfeast and they used a small bun and fries that looked hand cut and were very soft unlike the normal crunchy mcdonald fries. My second encounter was yesterday I ordered a McRoyale and they did the same thing used a small bun and had the burger patty sticking out it was a mess
I bought a Large Spicy Mc Feast at the drive through and this is what they gave me. A McFeast burger is supposed to come with two 100% beef patty and McDonald's only put 1. The fries are stale as if from yesterday and only half the packaging! There was no ketchup in the bag. Why do you guys even bother?

A week ago 26th October, I was at McDonald's Southgate, the service and food was great. There's a lady who helped me, she was amazing and it's sad I have to take down the 5star rating I had rated due to the service she gave me. Yesterday around 6 I met up with a friend and wow, such terrible service and attitude, lack of proficiency. My burger mcfeast was so dry with only a tea spoon source. No one but the chef could identify something was missing. They prepared another replacement burger and for some reason I didn't eat it or opened it until I got home. When I opened it the boxed looked like it's reused from a previous order, I didn't even bother eating the burg be ause now I'm sure they must have spat on it. This one one poor experience, I am not eating there ever
It's an amazing place with a good atmosphere. I enjoyed the food and hospitality. The drive-thru can be hectic making leaving a problem. Parking: The parking lot is directly on the drive-thru which can make it a hectic situation to leave as they are driving through to get their food.
From the doctor, I decided to stop by n get food but this was the worst experience ever!!!! The lady taking the order was so rude and not paying attention to detail... Order was placed and upon opening it, the fries we order,both large but there was a huge difference between the two. One was a large and the other one was just a few chips under the source n cheese etc.... I strongly feel I was robbed!!!, Disrespected!!!! And did not get the value for the money I paid!!! Worst service ever.... Giving a 1* is not even worth it, the deserve a 0*
The food is great, the drive through is fast but on one occasion we received the wrong burger and on another occasion asked for a drink without ice and received ice anyway. They just need to pay more attention to what they're doing to ensure they give the right order to customers but it's fine overall.Food: 4/5
The food is good but the place is dirty. I came for a sit in for the second time and on both occasions I couldn't eat in peace because of flies. My table had like 3 flies that were constantly trying to get to my food and coffee. Twice in a row, the table was sticky and dirty. I can't stand flies especially at a restaurant. Surely you guys must have a way to control flies???
The lady who assisted me was patient and showed care when the app was not responding. Requested that I notified her when it started responding. She made it possible and easy and the order was quick. Great experience Food: 5/5
The experience was horrible, the wait is extra long, they only prioritise the customers on drive through, on “dine in”or “take out” the order literally took an hour and the restaurant was not even full, It’s totally unacceptable when the serving of food is supposed to be efficient and with a considerable amount of waiting period
