Wonderful meal at Gino’s - great service from the time we entered to the minute our food arrived. Excellent food - lovely peri peri sauce. We watched the takeaways flying out here the whole while …..definitely worth a visit. The owner is a supporter of Hamlet School, and we were privileged to witness his generosity. Warm, pleasant and homely atmosphere. Part of a group of 16 people. Feel that service could have been sharper. Took ages to serve all the orders. Food quality was good. IS IT STANDARD PRACTICE TO CHARGE R3.00 FOR A GLASS OF BOILING WATER?Food: 4/5
The best pizza at really great prices! We walked in on a busy night without a booking and the staff were kind and accommodating. The food was amazing and great service too. We love this place!

After hearing only great things about Gino's my expectations were high, and I was not disappointed. The pizzas were very well made, great amount of toppings with a delicious base, good value for money. Would love to try their pastas as well someday. Just one thing to remember before visiting, at the entry of the restaurant you are met with quite a number of stairs which might prove difficult for old and disabled people.
First time in years we visited Gino's again. Delicious pizzas, including cheese foccacua as a starter. Enjoyed the Sangria slush. Gr8 cappucino. Good service, but st times it feels like one is being rushed by the waitress. Thanks to Gino for my dad's Bday non alcoholic gift.
Place is nice and clean, food is okay can't really complain. Great place to chilli with friends and catch up
The food was tasty and good atmosphere, however. My pasta wasn't properly cooked. That's why three stars for me. However everyone else in my group was satisfied with the food.
Authentic Italiano restaurant. Affordable prices. 38yrs in the making. Good pizza that tastes Italian. Lots of vegetarian options. With vegan options.
