My son and I arrived and were seated by Kaya. He took our order and a brought us our drinks. A while later brought our food. We did not see him again. The manager on duty named Sam didn't check on us once. Or as a matter of fact any other tables. He did however check on one table 6 times. Are some customers more important than others. The so called important customer sat and picked dead skin off his barefoot while I tried to enjoy my meal. How can a manager allow a customer to remove their shoe to sit and pick at his foot in a restaurant?
The food was good. The service was rated two stars because there was only one waiter appointed to a 20 person table so service time was far and between. The overwhelmed waiter got the orders confused and a pricing arrange had to be settled with management. The atmosphere was what you'd expect from a Spur; cheery, welcoming and birthday friendly.
Went there today to celebrate my niece's 1st holy communion. Service was excellent, so friendly. Food was too die for. I will definitely go there again. Truly on top of their game. Well done keep it up Spur Colombine Kid-friendliness: My daughter and niece's enjoyed the play area
After a long, long wait we were finally attended to by a disinterested waitron who seemed more interested in her cellphone than serving us. The drinks order was wrong it took 3 attempts to get it right. Starters and mains arrived after 45 minutes, cold and all at the same time. All except my order which was somehow forgotten. I did not eat that evening. We were totally dissatisfied after an atrocious dining experience. A tip to Spur management, the unhappy customer who complained may cause some discomfort, but the unhappy customer who leaves without a word is the one you will never see again.
Food was cold and the lady who was our waitress was just bad. Never going back there anytime soon, even if the meal was free I wouldn't dare. The manager was good and he compromised on our request of swapping certain items on the meal. And he emphasized it was a once off deal never to be repeated Never to be repeated

I come here almost twice a week but the service keeps getting worse, umm there is no codination the waiters are not united they don't check on each other's tables or help bring food at once so it seem faster, the manager doesn't do the regular check ups anymore, what hurts is this is the closest Spur to me and I love the play area for my little one but the service is terrible. Please copy the other spur's and have energetic waiters

The kiddies section ladies are so amazing. They really go out of their way for the little ones. Customer service is good and friendly.Food: 3/5
