Website and shop hours says they close @ 19:00 on Fridays. 18;00 they closed. Refused us access. Shop security refused us access..uncalled action.
Tashneeka and Charmaine at the customer care return section provided me with an excellent and very friendly service.
I spoke too a sales lady of Tevo very bad mannerd and never felt comfortable with her as her attitude was so bad,and reply on my questions was so negative,I left the shop and went to Game N1 what a nice service they gave me ....BIG UP N1 GAME
Go an looking for a tool. I ask the salesman about it,he say I must go and ask customer care about it. They call the same salesman again and he looks so clueless. Not friendly at all. I think they don't have a passion for what they do. It's only because they really need the money. In the shop is there no one that can assist you at all times. Please management do something about the staff is very sad.
Bought a toaster, got home and wasn't working. Really disappointing.
Foggers is the greatest vape shop I went to sp far the service is excellent & the sales staff is very friendly it is definitely highly recommended for beginners to those who want to vape Keep up the great service specially to Masood & Nicole
Nothing wrong with staff no their products Just the environment is not healthy at all. The place is like a furnace. To whom the blame goes l don't know but l could not sustain 5 minutes it was just to much. The centre or the management got to do something very quick. You're killing your own staff slowly with such working environment
I came from Tygervally branch to Parow, due to unavailable stock. Such poor service! I have been waiting for an hour to be assist. No one helps. Staff has a nonchalant attitude not helpful AT ALL. They surely can learn from staff at Tygervally. These staff members at Parow branch need to revisit proper training!
