I’ve been trying to call for days and never ever has my call went through

It's okay except for limited trolleys instore,

Great shopping, staff is friendly and professional, affordable prices, neatly packed, wide variety of appliances to choose from. Quick and easy credit application response. No long queues. Downside, you can't buy in bulk, maximum weight of 5kg in food products, nothing above.

I called this store before hand to ask if they had stock of the product I was looking for, firstly the person that answered just transferred me and the next line was just ringing that I had to call back again. The second time I called back I was informed that they have stock an hour later when I get to the store that item is not there which was frustrating to say the least ad I urgently needed it and could they have advised on the correct information including quantity available I would have gone to another store instead of wasting my time going to this one.

I bought a tv last year may and it's not even a year but it's not working anymore... Returned it wit a slip and was told to wait for 21 days for it to be fixed wit the supply. Now I ddnt BUY my tv from the supplier I bought it from Game, I have never seen a business that puts their needs before customers. I will never buy anything from Game EVER and it's 3 weeks now still waiting for a tv I paid FOR. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY

The shop has everything expected from a Game shop but the staff are not that friendly. Had to find an alternative Game shop to do a international topup that was being advertised in the shop but the staff didn't know anything about. Went to the Game in Heidelberg & got help very fast

Convenient shopping, has most products you'd ever need and situated nicely around a vibing community. Be careful not to go there month end because it gets really really packed.

One can get stationery, television's, home theatres, printers, computers, laptops, smartphones, washing machines, fridges and freezers, electronic stove, gas stoves, camping appliances, kitchen ware, car oil, car mates, grocery, ink for printers etc at an affordable price here.

The fact that there is no plastic bags in the store to help customers carry their groceries,  is a bit of a let down
