Awesome store with super friendly and knowledgeable staff who go out their way to accommodate you. The good coffee also buys some time while you wait for a quick bike wash.
Shocking service, Staff is completely incompetent and slack. Bike was sent in to be rebuilt and the shop did more damage then anything else. landed up having to take my bike to a different shop who replaced the rotor and brake pads which were damaged during the build due to poor workmanship. Avoid at all costs.
I wanted a bicycle Giant didn't have in stock. They ordered the new bicycle and kept me informed every step; arrival, assembly, etc. They also had the cheapest price, so it isn't like they are charging a premium for this kind of service. 10/10 would recommend.
The shop is clean, has a decent selection of bikes and the service team were friendly, knowledgeable and happy to chat with you. They offer online service scheduling but I showed up without an appointment and they were happy to fit me in. They also text when they start/ finish working on your bike, which is really convenient. I'll be sure to check them out again.
Received friendly efficient service from all staff who was also very helpful in physically transferred me from wheelchair to chair to assess wheels. These guys went out of their way to order parts for the wheelchair repair and called the minute they received it. All done with the love for their job, patience and caring for a customer and at a very cheap price. Thank you, I will certainly recommend your services to anyone.

Really great bike shop. I needed a wheel rebuilt and had very little time due to the bike tour starting in a few days. Not only did they get me the wheel done before the tour started, they pulled a wheel from a new bike so I could train on it! Not many places would do this even for a regular customer which I wasn’t. Very knowledgeable and great people to do business with. A little hard to find and did not show up on Google map until I typed in Giant.
Great place, all is new, awesome bikes and a good coffee shop.
Good, friendly service by an underappreciated, demotivated staff: Run by the barista and one mechanic/ shop assistant after several staff left for greener pastures. Funny how often shop management thinks their treatment of staff won't impact staff performance, yet as a customer it is glaring
I went there for the first time today, to find out how much the charge to service my road bike. They're service is impeccable, and prices, surprisingly reasonable. The best part of this place. You can have a coffe or even breakfast while you wait for them, working on you're bike. I just love this place. And the have the most amazing bikes on offer. When coming to Cape Town for the first time. And you love cycling... pop in here, you'll be blown sway. Welcome to Cape town Baby
