Bike broke 2km after spending a lot of money there on a basic service, no resolve from them. Other branch on Claremont missed the deadline for when I needed my bike, and I needed to take it out the province. Really really poor, seem to just push as much profit as possible.
What a great team! Friendly, fast and eager to get us riders back on the mountain! Excellent service!
Maybe the best customer experience in South Africa. Let's glaze over the fact that we came after closing time but the lovely staff and owner reopened for us. Obviously the whole thing of buying anything these days is quantified to be a net loss to the customer in general, but at Olympic Cycles Kenilworth they definitely care for you and your needs as well. There was an opportunity to profit a little more off of a mistake I was in the process of making but unusually they took the time to explain so that the mistake didn't cost me more. Now that's unusual. All I can say is thank you and I hope others will buy their bicycles here because the experience as a whole is terrific.
I am writing this review as honestly, this shop is incredible. I took my sons bike in today, the brake pads has ceased up and I had called around to a few places. Why did I choose Olympic? 1. They were the friendliest on the phone 2. They quoted the cheapest 3. They opened the earliest and closed the latest and are open on a Saturday So as I came in & I explained why I was there. The sales gentlemen brought the bike out of the car for me They took not even 5 min to readjust the break pad as it was out of line They pumped the tires and everything I said "How much do I owe you?" They replied, "nothing " with a smile! They even helped me back to my car to put the bike in free of charge THE SERVICE AND THE GENUINE SMILES AND HAPPY DEMEANOR, LIKE WOW, you dont get service like that these days. WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND I just cant believe how professional they were. Just incredible!!! 10 / 10 - The owner is clearly doing something right, his staff were so on it. If more places were like that, it would make life better. DONT CHANGE GUYS, KEEP IT UP!!! WINNER!
Howard and Eddie have been incredibly helpful in helping me fix my steel-frame trusty steed: Service and solutions without BS. Kyle at the Claremont branch has also always been helpful in finding some hard to source parts.
Superb customer service. Howard is friendly, imparts knowledge without being condescending often the case at bike shops, does what he says he will and in all he does is customer centric. A breath of fresh air. Found myself a bike shop I enjoy visiting. Very happy customer.
Thanks for helping me on Saturday with a damaged brake cable. It would have been difficult to do the Cape Argus with a faulty cable.

Wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone. Tried to get a bearing for a kids bike. They said that they would get back to me. Never did. Thank you for the great service.
