We visited the Spur on 2 occasions on a weekend stay over at Wild Coast and I must compliment the service of Winnie!! Her attention to detail, beautiful and warm personality and kind heart was the most specular highlight of the entire weekend! Winnie upholds standards that all hospitality services should strive for! Golden Moon Spur Steak Ranch at the Wild Coast Sun Resort, Port Edward, KZN. Buzzing with a vibe…. A fun place with quick and efficient service. We enjoyed the chicken wings and crumbed mushrooms. A good place to go with the children.

So we go to wild coast wet and wild and obviously get hungry so we go to spur we’ll not me my husband goes to spur with my brother in law to buy food for 6 of us this is at 2pm after 35min we called they said they still waiting to be served ok understandable it was busy there isn’t much of a takeaway option and you not allowed to bring food so you have no choice but to buy from them or to go the casino. another 15 minutes went we called again because it’s now been 45 minutes that had gone they finally got served according to them spur was not that busy also bear in mind that wild coast wet and wild closes at 5pm nevertheless we waited at 15:30 we called again they were still waiting for food they ended up coming back to us with the food at 16:30 again keeping in mind that this place closes at 5 pm so half of their day was spent standing in a queue for food not because they were too busy or had to much of a big order or we ordered all different types steaks but because they only had 1 chef cooking food to order ! 1 chef working !the poor lady couldn’t keep up!!! That is ridiculous you need to review your weekend shifts people cannot be waiting for two and a half hours for food when they are already time restricted at the pool area!!!! To the chef though the food was cooked to perfection well done to you may you get to higher places where they will not take advantage of you! Please review your shifts and the amount of people you have working on weekends.

My husband and I met a friend there this afternoon for coffee. My husband and I shared a waffle, but I was very dissapointed, they were a bit hard, and chewy for lack of a better word. The coffee was good, and our waitress fiendly and helpful.

This was an absolute pleasure.... Staff and Management is amazing l. Winnie served us and she was excellent. The Manageres is amazing. Great team work guys will make use of you guys over and over again it is an absolute pleasure. Best regards Leonora

Not even free food from this establishment is worth the visit. The staff is unprofessional, the manager rude when issues are addressed. She even refused to supply the owners number. And then the apparent owner just miraculously appeared from his office. Issues were then raised with him, A sorry was the best effort from his side. Unfortunately, they are the only place serving food, so pack your cooler and enjoy yourself in the parking lot.

If you would like a case of salmonella be sure to eat here. Raw chicken being served by a waitress more interested in eating some cake from a nearby birthday, the manager did try to remedy the situation.Food: 1/5

Always a safe bet if you're looking for a place to eat. Service is excellent. Food can take a little longer to arrive when it's busy. Situated just outside the casino.

I was belittled at this Spur. My family and I humbly asked to sit outside and we were told not to. A few moments later two couples came and they were allowed to sit outside. We enquired about it and Dani/Duni just laughed about it and I tried to escalate the matter further to their boss Travis and he unfortunately also did not help sort the whole thing out. We instead became a joke. Our waitress Yoliswa was the only person that made sure we were okay. Thank you Yoliswa

They have a different, unique system of placing an order and collect it. The service is really good and quick. Tasty burgers and pizza...
