What a relaxing place to be. The staff is awesome and customer friendly. The staff is also bilingual which is extremely rare. The staff are always helpful and if have a problem they solve it immediately.
Untu Palm is a friendly place and the new owners at the AUNTY BETTYS cafe and takeaway makes the best burgers on the south coast
What a great, peaceful and restful holiday place. Great sea view and easy, secure access. Walking distance to a great pub with tasty food and immaculate service. Special thanks to Bianca for her friendliness, assistance, immaculate visitors service. Feral cats that is fed by the staff made my heart warm. Our favorite Lily of the Valley most adorable and lovable were all over the show. Then Garfield, bit grumpy but with TLC he will become a lap cat. If you visit leave some change with the staff.... for purrrrsome foodies if you don't mind.
Very nice inside but the camping sites are to close to each other and the communial ablution block needs some TLC
What a bad place! Bad service the manager is rude shouting at Holidaymaker after faults have been reported. Rather than doing his job to prevent unhappy paid holidaymakers report faults. STAY AWAY from this place!
My family and I were stuck on the South Coast due to the protest action. We wanted to be safe so we went to Unto Palms. We unpacked our car and then we saw that the traffic was moving and we immediately packed the car and left. We were in the accommodation for 1.5 hours and we used nothing not even a glass to drink water. I asked the lady to try to refund us at least 50% of our money as they incurred no cost because there was no cleaning or anything required after we left. The receptionist said that she will speak to her manager and I called today only for her to say they cant. They are really not accommodating considering the problem was due to a problem in the area. They could have refunded half the rate and my breakage deposit. I wont suggest this place to anyone.
We've been coming here for many years and absolutely love it. Clean chalets, lovely staff. Time to go back again.
The braai could have had a gutter over it and a draining hole for water to exit it. Otherwise was a good stay besides the rain all weekend and no water
Looking forward to enjoy our stay here. The staff are friendly and this place is known as the jewel of the South coast. You must definitely try it out.
Horrible. Quick to take your money but don't tell you what is really going on. We stayed for one night no water for 27 Hours only dirty dusbin water and we were told by neighboring residents that we had to use pool water to wash our body parts. Big scammers. Stay away.Rooms: 1/5
