We are putting together an exciting new space in Woodstock for professionals in the film, music, design and arts fields.
We are converting all old industrial building, keeping all the old charm from the original shell and modernizing it and warming it up!
I'll be building a few state-or-the-art sound studios as well as providing space for rental. The whole floor is 558m2. I'm open to speak with anyone who might be interested in the space, however, preference will be given to those in a related field of work.
The building is on Main Road (Sir Lowry Road) Woodstock, next to Ogilvy, near Buchanan Square, Banks, The Kitchen, The Deli, etc., with views of table mountain. This is an area of Woodstock that is booming. The building itself was previously zoned industrial so it needs some lovin' but with proper renovation it's going to shine.
Renovations will most likely be completed in about 3 or 4 months from now.
