The hotel is okay considering it's a 3-star hotel. They need to improve on cleanliness though. I had a room that had a balcony and the balcony floor was never swept. It was very dirty with bird droppings and cigarette buds that were there even before I arrived. There are also cockroaches in the rooms. Some pest control is needed. The hotel also misplaced my laundry for a while, but they soon found it. Overall it's an okay place. The location is convenient.
Lovely hotel, beautiful manicured garden and fresh landscaping. Clean gold course, rooms are clean. They could do better by fixing lampshades in their rooms though, but overall it's a good hotel. Very quiet hotel floor.Rooms: 4/5
IT was okay but the casino sucked there was nothing to do, and there were only 2 restaurants, and the food was mid, and the pool was dirty. I recommend to stay for one night.Rooms: 3/5
Graceland Hotel is one of the few high quality stays in Sacunda. The city is developing far and everytime I pop in to the city there is more and more exciting things to do in Graceland and Sacunda.Rooms: 4/5
Great place, good service, could have a little more entertainment but great experience
Service is going down from Dining to gaming on the Tables and atmosphere not friendly at all.
We visit the driving range only and found it exceptable but a pitching will be appreciated.
I think there should be someone on standby at the winner circle desk,I came to the casino at 6am and was told that my cards were expired, when I wanted to replace them I was told to wait until 8am before I could be assisted because they only start at 8am
It really fun doooh I enjoyed every moment
Your site shows 24/7 opening hours. However no body answers your phone number, how do we get hold of you, specially in an emergency
