The intercom/speaker where you order are really hard to hear the employee I couldn't hear anything she said. The if you order cones, can't they just make it a bit more convenient and offer a cup to put them in, I can't drive with ice creams in my hand it's unsafe and didn't have any space to put it, and the employee said bluntly "buy an empty cup to put it in"? Why should I buy it?
The service is always beautiful, I usually use the drive-through, and it's very fast to get exactly what you ordered, but they are not removing the old prices, you order a R15 ice cream for an example and you find that it's now R20, it really is a bad thing when it comes to that Kid-friendliness: There is a play area and if you buy a kiddies meal you get a toy so it is good for kids
Very poor service. Long waiting times due to slow working speed. People who ordered long after us was helped before us. Will not recommend at all

The prices are higher on the slip than what is advertised. Like much higher and then the burgers and wraps gets smaller for way more money. Disappointing. Change your prices then on the advertisment boards that its not deceiving.

I HAVE BEEN HERE, LAST TWO WEEKS. EVERYTIME I ORDER COFFEE. THEY SAY, THERE IS NO COFFEE. I Don't know why??????. IT CAN'T BE TRUE, TWO WEEKS IN A ROW. ...... even though in menu they have Coffee with donut. Kid-friendliness: Ok
