Recently rented with this agency and I cannot describe how unprofessional their checkout process was. Firstly I had to do the run around to enquire about inspection only for the agent to knock on the door on the last day to tell me she is there for the inspection without informing me prior the contract states that inspections should be done 3 days before. I finally moved out only to have to nag this agent everyday for her to reimburse my deposit. Each day came with a new story. I had to ru around with finance to finally get this deposit 21 days after i moved out of which the contract says it should be within 14 days. Totally disappointing customer care and breach of contract from their side with no form of remorse. Would not recommend their services.
If only I could give them half a star! Went in to speak to an agent was friendly and welcoming was promised I would receive pictures and new rental alerts the next day...left there feeling relieved that I was getting somewhere as we urgently needed a place...I WAITED AND WAITED AND I HAD TO CONTACT "THE AGENT"..was sent 2 places which I was not interested in and never received anything after...saw a property online and contacted "the agent" again.....I enquired and was just ignored...will never reccomend this place to anyone....got better service with SEEF...
Spoke to an agent numerous times in regard to renting a house/flat and was told I would be sent an email and whatsapp each and every time with deals and not once was I contacted again. These people are not serious about business or their clients, received much better service from Rawson Secunda.
Well kept small business park. WMPG have their main offices there and there are additional shops as well, Professional Nail and Beauty and Salon Estique. People are friendly and the place has a good amount of parking.

Worst rental company I have ever seen. Wont recommended them.
