True Italian cuisine... very original filled with amazing taste not to mention the perfect crust that dominates the pallet. Good,speedy and friendly service what you whould expect!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND no pizza or pasta can compare to panarotties !!!! Well done

We ordered pizza and received a sausy mess... both Rib and Steak, and Al caporne were just a mess. Worst pizza experience we have ever seen...

In the last two months we have been there 3 times. The aircon upstairs doesnt work its terribly hot in there including the kids play area. Waiters are slow, had to keep asking them to come assist us. Today's experience ended badly, ordered 2 take away pizzas waited for an hour while sitting there no pizza. Had already paid for it, went looking for the waitress only tonsee her sitting and had to ask where is my pizza. Then she went to enquire to find my pizza was never made. I started expressing my disgust of the terrible service, the manager came to tell me that my pizzas apparently burnt because of loadshedding? Isnt it a wood oven? Why didnt the waitress inform me of whats going on? The pizza I received was also of bad quality. So bad service, bad food and bathrooms are always filthy. Place has gone down over the years.

I ordered a pizza for collection. Collected and went home to only realize its a wrong one. Called them back they fixed the matter. Went back to collect. Got a wrong one again and they swopped it. I was impressed with how they were attending to the matter . Great service panarottis.

Used to be a nice place to go with family, when we arrived no one cleaned the table, its filthy. We waited for the waiter to clean the table before we could sit down and order.Food: 2/5

Excellent pizzas! It is a pity that it is usually a major struggle to get a hold of them by phone to place an order. I'd personally prefer to have my call answered and wait in a queue in stead of constantly placing unsuccessful calls.

A good or bad 45 minutes after we were seated and awaiting our order we get asked to move to another table so that a larger family who were staring at us in anticipation could be seated at our table adjoining another table. Out of pure obligation due to the waiting individual blabbering out loudly if we could move, we said it was ok. After reconsidering we would have to move from a table we chose and were already comfortable where we were, we conveyed we would rather stay. The rude waiting individual then pulls away our adjoining table to suit the larger group family, leaving our family of 3 adults and 2 children squashed and cramped up at a tiny 4 seater table. 2. We were served our food on chipped saucers. 3. One of the waiting individuals kept wierdly staring at us making us feel very uncomfortable. 4. The worst part of this disgustful treatment by your waiting individuals, was when the card machine was brought to us and the individual shouted "DECLINED, DECLINED!!!", after swiping our card and waiting for us to put the card away! After the this unscrupulous individual blurted out this statement, and got the reaction they wanted clearly out of their maliciousness, our shock and surprise, they then shouted "joking!" and laughed!!! We complained about this nasty individual and this horrible experience at your restaurant and were told by a so called "manager" with no badge to state they were the manager with a lie for an excuse as to why they had no badge that our complaints were acknowledged and we would be phoned by the branch manager /owner, but guess what... unsurprisingly, we never got that call!
