Greek Embassy

I am grateful for the service I received at the Consulate on 15/09/2022. They welcomed me with warm hands, I was treated like a queen. The service was excellent and the best ever. I don't even know to compliment because I was shocked that such kind hearted people still exist. Thumbs up to you guys at the visa department may your days be added on earth, you have hearts of GOLD. I SALUTE YOU ALL.

Absolutely excellent service. My elderly parents went to renew a passport and were assisted with kindness and supported throughout the whole process. They were patient, polite and so helpful, and my parents asked me to write this review, as they have could not be grateful enough for the outstanding service they received . I had the most wonderful experience at the Greek consulate in Cape Town. I walked in without an appointment, not knowing that I had to make one to renew my passport, and I was helped by the loveliest, warmest service I have EVER experienced. Despite not having an appointment and it being close to closing time, they still took the time to process my application and even let me leave to withdraw cash as they don't accept card payments. This is how every consulate/embassy should be run! Thank you for all your help!

Absolutely impeccable service after much drama I had via the Spain visa application service. Short waiting times, friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely make my stay longer in Greece just for the Cape Town Greece consulate to process my visa! Hoping to get mine in due time :

Very unpleasant and unprofessional service. I tried to check if I can make a visa or not and a woman on phone was screaming with a very rude angry voice. I could not even stop her.

i don´t know what happened of the people, i just asked a visa question and the person was so angry and sounds like i kill her/his father. Very unprofessional and disrespectful!!!!!

I have been dealing with this office since 2001 Visa applications and the service has always been speedy and excellent!

Best service, polite staff. Received our family's Shengen visas within 24 hours of applying.
