Very helpful staff and security. Just ensure you have an appointment, at least 2 copies of each document and Practice patience. Once the docs are submitted in Zim you should expect your docs to be out in 3 weeks or less.

Closed, there is a piece of paper by the gate stating they're closed but no date as to when they will open,Very disappointed booked last year September only to come on the appointment day n see the place closed.

Though long queues usually bt the team is very efficient bt they should find a way to deal with the corrupt greedy middleman and staff reaping people off.

went there like two times on the appointed date but could not help me ,so what's the point of giving us appointments when there are no use ,wasted money and time the worst part is was raining with my one year baby in rain for nothing

Don't go without an appointment here,they wont serve you.Even with an appointment expect to spent plus 4 hours in the long queues.There is no seating so be prepared to stand ,no toilets ,no nearby store bring your own food plus also no access to any public transport apart from Ehailing uber There is a torn piece of paper to give some sort of info To even think of this place as representing a whole country of 15 million people is embarrassing There is a little sign post outside to give "instructions " There is no toilet in sight 2 very hard concrete benches for an average of 150 people that visit everyday They force you to book an appointment but expect to spent plus 6 hours waiting There Is like 5 staff for hundreds of people. The staff look indifferent and lack care that people need crucial documents The building is too small Plus bring double photocopies of all your documents, otherwise there is a guy who sits in a car outsude ripping people of. Just remember to get an off day and look forward to wasting your whole day at this excuse of a consulate Zimbabwe needs to get rid of Zanu and that ED Muppet. They are an utter embarrassment

My son fell off the stairs and hurt he's left leg but despite that, the Zim Consulate Team is so amazing and very professional of what they do. Thank you for your service .

The staff is helpful but get a better proper office

They don't pick up their phone when it's ringing. - They don't reply to their emails , Yet they say you can only be helped after you get a booking. USELESS. Worst Customer Service in this age
