I needed two used wheels for my car which were damaged by a pothole. They were open on a public holiday and I collected them and took them to the tyre fitment place an hour later. . When they tested the rims they were found to be damaged and couldn't be used. I informed German Age immediately and informed them that I would have to return them and they agreed. I took the rims back on the next day fearing the worst... They refunded me fully without any issues. They acted honourably and I was very impressed and grateful. Well done for excellence customer care.

Well one can never expect such hospitality, customer care and well managed and organized so called used spares shop. got what i was looking for super cheap price.... Impressed and would definitely love to do business in future with these guys.

Completely unprofessional, I got there and could not get the item I wanted on time due to lack off tools. I had to go buy my own socked and make plans to get out of my there., got there at 11h00 and left there at 14h00, but parts wise, their prices are reasonable, and looking forward to make business with them in future.
