Great customer service every time I’m at this branch, Mandy is a gem. I highly recommend.

Absolute rubbish service! We received the car returned it all in good time. Then weeks later I realised they did not return my deposit. I phoned 4 times every time the lady said she will call me back. My 5th call today she told me I must phone the call centre to get my deposit back. I said to them I returned the car to your branch so you need to sort it out. What irritated me the most is that I had to call a few times explaining the same story over and over. So all the previous calls was in not attended too and no one called me back. Very bad service. .... If I never checked my bank account ... I would have never received my deposit back....

1st it's the friendly yet professional staff. 2. The transparency : They went through the fine print with me. No sticks or hidden information. Even after sales, they make sure everything is fine. 3. Affordable rates. I'll use hertz any time.

Trash, trash, trash! Stay away from them. They do not inform you about anything prior, you get surprises when you come to collect after already booked online and having paid the deposit online too… then they show their true colours. Getting your money back is an almighty struggle which I am currently going g through. The black lady at the front desk/office is rude AF. Bad service all-round. Go elsewhere.

Just had another excellent rental from Hertz, the Hilux vehicle was in pristine conditional, with service from Teboho and Karabo to match, they both made the whole experience a pleasure from start to finish with exemplary service. I can highly recommend this branch and the company for vehicle rentals.

Booking online was efficient. Service was good. Car was great. Overall very helpful and affordable.
