A unique Quarry experience. Can fish at the dam...catch and release ...carp and trout.....limited braai areas...carry your umbrella....entry fee R25 per person if not fishing. R100 per person if fishing... If you are taking children....don't compromise their safety by leaving them unattended...make sure they are supervised at all times....

Great place for picnic and fishing. You pay different rates as a visitor or fishing. There are a few types of fish to catch. Important to note that it is catch and release as soon as possible. The venue is nice and clean and the on-site staff is very friendly. There is a big hall for shows. They have a bathroom on-site as well.

Went to watch live concert by Prime Circle. Such a gorgeous surround with sun setting to back of quarry. Traffic control and cue management for event could prob have been better, but all in all stunning venue. Have mtb'd here as well before, tough loose uphills..but stunning views at top and nice flowing single downhills. Stunning place.

Nice safe fishing spot for the whole family

My daughter got married at The Quarry and her day was magnificent. Lovely that you can have the ceremony and reception in one. The views are lovely. Overlooking the small dam where you can go fishing and picnic on other days when it's not booked out for a function.

The atmosphere of the place is amazing! Sound travels beautifully to create a perfect musical experience. Of course if you're going there for a concert like the Reggae Festival. We had a great time even if it wasn't busy. Definitely going back again when there's something in our interest again.

Was fortunate to take me eldest to see Just Jinger performing outside on the lawn - most weekend shows are indoors. Plenty of space to sit, handful of vendors for food and drink. Most enjoyable. Would recommend coming early as it could be a long walk from your car..
