Hout Bay Post Office

Horrible attitude over the phone when I called to ask for a postal quote. Left me on hold for over 6 minutes whilst chatting to his coworkers. I gave up and called Claremont and was off the phone with the info I needed within 1.5 minutes. They will get my 5 stars.

Shocking refection of this post office. They have not had RJ regisrered letters stickers for more than year - no airmail stickers - forever off line - Kevin the manager does not see to care - counter staff are excellent have to work under restricted conditions. Someday opens late or stays closed all day. Help. I am moving to Postnet.

Terrible. Just terrible. The place isn’t even open. No answer on phones. No information. Just one big waste of time and tax money

Your standard post office, don't expext too much as it is not anything different but the persons behind the counter is really helpful and is fast at getting rid of the queues.
