By far one of the best post offices in Durban to get your Vehicle License Disk renewed. The staff tending the lines outside making sure time spent at the counter is minimal. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient.

You can't give a place that you spend 6 hours at 5 stars. Maybe it was my bad luck and just a busy day but line was long to renewal car license. I have been told for the last few months the typical wait is 2 to 3 hours. So expect that wait join the queue and catch up on a good book The up side is they are very helpful in showing where the line is and what documents you need. They gave everyone in the line a number so you can leave to get the correct documents and something to drink or eat if it is a really long day.

I went to renew my license disc today the 19th of April 2022 at about 14H00. This is how it should be done in government departments around our country! I was assisted by an amazing lady by the name of Lunga Cola, professional, efficient, kind and friendly. You are an asset to that branch, I wish you all the best until next time.

Went to the post office at hyper today to do my car licence. Looonnngggg queue. But the staff were so efficient. Opened earlier so that we did not have to wait long. One of the employees came down the queue telling us what was needed to avoid delays at the teller. Another lady walked back and forth many many times collecting ID's and proof of addresses to make photocopies, to again prevent delays. I was there at 7am and finished by 9.30. Thank you to the staff for going the extra mile.

I had to get my car licence disk sorted, you have to go early to stand in the que, but that was not even that bad. They come past before they even open to ensure you have all the correct documents. Make sure you take cash. Great service!!

Darn good quick and efficient service. Well worth the journey from upper highway where inefficiency and bad slow service rule. Total time to renew my license 35mins. Hours long queue upper highway with no result except misery and cold. Congrats you guys.

Quick and efficient license renewal. I was done in 30 mins. Don't let the lines put you off, stick around to see what's happening. There are 3 tellers dealing with license renewals. You can get a number and come back later and they will put you at the front of the line when you get back. Great service!

This was the worst service I have ever received from a post office. Had all the paper work but no help at all instead the staff was rude and turned all defensive when one tries to explain things. Gave us the run around for 4 while hours. Only for it to take 5 mins or less with the same documentation at Westville!!! I am livid! Never going back there again!

Staff members were rude and unhelpful. The lines to renew licenses are ridiculously long with no social distancing during this covid pandemic. I had to go there twice to get my paperwork done.

To management and staff, i was at your post office to renew my vehicle license on 2802/2021. Thank you for the efficient manner in which you managed the people in the que. You all turned a normally unpleasant experience upside down. Sufficient seating was provided for, including Covid protocol in place. Keep up the good work.
