I was super impressed with the service of the staff both of Asian & SA descent. Usually Asians here and outside SA weren't as friendly,but here they're were very helpful and friendly.The veggies were fresh & loved sighting the indigenous ones to. Products are appropriately arranged especially fresh like the way the fresh tofu preserved. So many nice food items to buy to begin your Asian cooking journey and prices are reasonable. I will definitely be going back. Thanks for great service
Wow! Fresh veggies to frozen dumplings to packet noodles...this store has everything you need for a Thai or Chinese cuisine. Neatly organized and very well supported.
Asian food ingredients and treats, fresh tofu, bean sprouts and vegetables, and a large frozen section as well - so many tasty things to try! Staff are very helpful as well. I think this is our new favourite shop :-
Wow! Fantastic Asian super market. Very impressed with the range of spices and other products. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable personell. Safe on site parking, fair pricing, in beautiful and safe Durban-North. Great choice of sake and Asian beers as well.
The best place to do your Asian food shopping! The array of interesting goodies available is amazing. We often spend ages wandering around looking at all the interesting foods. Their frozen steam buns, spring rolls, dumplings etc are delicious. Also a great place to shop for steamers, rice cookers and other Asian cooking implements.
Very helpful, their stuff is always fresh and labeled meticulously and they're very strict with which products are marked as halaal.
What a fun supermarket! I think its safe to say that you don't get a similar experience at any store. Huge variety and it takes a while just to look at everything. Pricing is not bad. Great convenient parking. Needless to say its a absolute favorite. It is not just a shop but a experience and its great being able to get to experience the unique treats the store offers.
Love going to shop at Sunsun. Bought all my stir-fry sauces and more veggies. Friendly staff.
New Location plenty of new products. Definitely the perfect place to go if you love Thai cooking. They have all the best original ingredients and spices that you need.
