Worst service/experience ever. Bought a vehicle from them in September, still struggling with issues. I have to follow-up 2 - 3 times and if I am lucky, I will get a response. If there was an option to select -5, I would have selected that. After-sales-service is non-existing.

Bad service from Manager who made a deal and a days later reneged on the deal. Bad dealership many untruths. Will never go back. BAD BAD Bad and no apologies.

Not even worth the one star! They had my car for 3 months trying to fix a noise in the engine. Then proceeded to break more on my almost brand new car! Their customer service is non existent, they don't even answer the phone when you try and call for an update. The communication is terrible! I get me car back and it sound like a diesel bakkie! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Very disappointed customer!!!
It service was good. It can definitely work on the look of place. It is shabby. Does not install faith in it's ability to give you excellent service though at first glance!
Book vehicle service on a Saturday, service department, no tea or coffee station operational. Customers are there from 07.30 Really this was the second time.
