I understand the food store there is not owned by the gym and is renting but please can you replace them with someone better because they never have any of the ingredients for the menu and it's always wasting our time and alot of customers at the gym get annoyed with them, I usually plan to stop and eat before or after gym there and they never have anything.
The only GYM for me! Hands down, IMF is the best gym that I have been to. The staff are friendly and the environment is ideal for hardcore training or just a little bit of cardio. Also, don't forget to try the amazing protein shakes, made while you wait.
The best high performance and medical centre in the north coast of KZN. Friendly staff and excellent facilities. Oh, the coffee is great aswell!
