I was assisted and offered great experience customer service and believe me I got one of my dream double cab dream vehicle in my garage at home as I speak now,
So you phone the first time to go through to parts when you are asked to phone back in 5 minutes, which you do. Then when you phone back, you told "please hold" to hear the movement and the conversation in the background - you then hold for 10 minutes to get the phone put down in your ear when the sales person either doesn't hear you or didn't listen. Then you phone back again, asking for the parts manager whom informs you that the counter sales person may have been busy - really? That is your attitude? As I write this review, I was holding for another 4 minutes after the parts manager put me through to someone willing to assist clearly not interested in helping me. Thank you Niel and Glen, truly. If they had a zero, that would be my rating, or less.
I have been taking my X-Rider to this specific dealership for the last 3 years. I have always had professional and friendly service from them.

Excellent, courteous service provided
I saw a vehicle advertised and liked it then submitted all required documents for the finance application. 4 days later when I ask for feedback regarding the application, I was told my finance was approved but the sales guys has sold the vehicle. I call the guy, he tells me that someone before me wanted to trade in a car and purchase the same vehicle I like. This is absolutely pathetic, he could of at least kept me in the loop and not waste my time doing the finance application!

Phone them for a part they said we can have a look if it right. When we got there wasting time and petrol as if that is cheap today. Finding out they don't sell chevrolet parts anymore. Couldn't they tell us over the phone.
Fantastic experience I got , especially being a buyer of a 1st car. The staff is professional, great thanks especially to Sandile Mokhesi for the beyond that he done for me to get to the dealership and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process of purchasing the car. Thanks alot, I would recommend the dealership to other people.
