I’m trying to lodge a complaint about a pending case from April 2022 and there is no place for me to do it on the website. I’m also unlucky whenever I call 17737

GOOD DAY. I CALLED IPID TODAY. THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED WAS TOTALLY CLUELESS AND I ABLE TO ASSIST. SHE GAVE ME A NUMBER FOR A PROVINCIAL DEPARTMENT. WHICH I TRIED AND THE NUMBER WAS NON EXISTANT. TRULY ALL THESE GOVERNMENT BODIES ARE REALLY NOT WILLING TO DI ANYTHING. THAT IS THE REASON THESE CRIMINAL POSING AS POLICE ON THE ROAD ARE FREE TO HARASS AND STOP US ON THE ROAD AND TRY TO ROB US

I  never got helped

Since 2018 they haven't attended to my case... They don't reply to my emails they don't answer any of my calls

Toothless organisation, who has failed to assist any of my clients with their complaints of police brutality

Have to wait for 8minutes on hold until I dropped the call

So when do you ever take calls?

I work there. I love my job

No one seems to care, no response
