Loged a complaint today and al personel was very helpful and understanding. Expected to be showed away as the complaint was not a criminal offence , but was immediately put in contact with a Warent Offer in their child protection stanby services. They assisted with the taking of a statement and i need to compliment them on their actions and behaviour. Keep up the good work.
I experienced negative thoughts about SAPS Pretoria Moot as the number given on the website just kept on ringing with no one answering. How lucky we were in our experience when visiting the Finance Department to get clearance certificates for my daughter and son in law. First visit, mrs Delport supplied friendly efficient service, necessary documents were handed in, and service fees paid with receipts being issued. A commitment was made that my daughter will get notification when their documents were handed in at CRS in the CBD. And yes she got her sms. With the collection, Captain Ian Verral was the friendly efficient person that made certain the collection went smooth. I salute you both as you turned initial negative thoughts about your Station into a great positive experience for me and my family.
First of all they don't even bother to anwser with the one number I called numerous times, then I tried another number, one of the other police stations gave me. Then a very angry man answered, like he just woke up from a nap. Told him I wanted to report a attempted car jacking in the area, with a vechile description, which could be helpful information to help them curb crime. But the officer just shrugged it off saying I should go to sleep. They could've atleast made an effort. No wonder the crime in this country is as it is. Really need to reform the police in this country. No point in calling them when your in trouble, sadly
It's 23h00 and phoned 4 times. Nobody picks up. Druggies doing Coke lines right in front of my house. God forbid I needed help urgently. Probably asleep. Pathetic .THIS COMPLAINT WAS HANDLED AND SORTED OUT ABOVE AND BEYOND. THANK YOU MOOT SAPS.
11:20 at night . Try calling Moot Police for assistance, no one answers the phone. And I have been calling for half an hour on end. I suppose that is what can be expected these days
Normally one would expect calls to a police station to be answered. I have made 4 calls now at 6pm to the station number and the phone just rings. Luckily this is not an emergency situation.
We came in with an emergency where peoples lives are threatened and all the guy tells us is, "there is a procedure". Your procedure won't help the little being threatened. Some things are more important than stamping someone's papers.
They were moderately helpful.the officer's ,however, were more concerned about shift change than helping us. When the fresh officer's came on duty we were helped quickly and effectively and we managed to get everything we needed from them them from us
I've just seen the most disgusting behavior in my life where we wanted to open a case and a inspector screamed at my mother and refusing to open a simple car theft case. This is really distasteful.
Five star police station where service is concerned. If you want to do your police clearance certificate, this is the place to go. Friendly and sufficient staff.
