Brought my girlfriend for a doctor's appointment with Dr Lukie Barnard. Instead of attempting to diagnose my girlfriend's chronic abdominal pain she would rather unnecessarily dope her up on pain medication without determining the underlying issue. Not to mention the nurses who knocked over her urine sample and only informed my girlfriend when she followed up a week later as she heard no response from them. So yeah, just trash service all around...6 months later and they still haven't responded.
Are you having issues with your new online booking. I cant seem to book a GP appointment. Just keeps loading doesnt take me to page where i can see who is available.
On more than one occasion I have had a bad experience with the GP nursing staff. One lady in particular is extreme condescending, unhelpful and unprofessional...threw the telephone down in my ear. I have been a patient for many years, but will not go back in a hurry.
First things first receptionist very helpful and we'll mannered. But Dr Marissa Le Roux absolutely rude and incompasionate, I will never ever go to her again as she was extremely rude to my wife, unfortunately not all of us a have a doctorate so if we are concerned we will take our infant to the Dr. It is unnecessary for her to be Se rude. in my case I would rather go to state care instead of going to this Dr again. And another thing when my wife asked her a single question about my other daughter that is there she said you must make 2 appointments! Excuse me but you as the Dr first off rushes your appointment off so that you can get to the next because you afraid you don't make your target for the day. Utterly ridiculous.
Dentists always seem to have this tag of being scary and awful and a horrible place to be - well - our experience with Divan at Intercare Walmer is without a doubt such a good one - EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. He is incredible with the kids and I know for sure that this positive experience for them will make them into adults that dont fear going to the dentist! Each time we leave my boys ask when are they going back! So thank you Divan and the team for always making our trip to your practise such a fun one :
Visited Intercare Doc on Monday, 26 Dec & had to call back today first thing today. Called twice & still no response, call or email. Dont recommend and don't think I'll be around again any time soon.
I was in a huge amount of pain and didn't know what was wrong. The nurses knocked over my urine that needed to be sent in and I wasn't called or informed when I phoned again a week later they told me and said I should go to the hospital. Both hospitals said that I my doctor needs to call and when I was calling them nobody answered.
Very disappointed as my daughter's appointment with doctor Van Wyk was for 13h15 and had to ask to remind the doctor of the appointment after 15 minutes. No made the effort to inform me as client that the doctor was running late or is busy. If I was late for appointment without notification I will be billed and had to reschedule. Please we all have ather important things comply with. Code of conduct place a important role which involves respecting other time.
I don't think anyone enjoys a trip to the Dentist but I would almost go as far as saying it was a pleasant experience. Not painful at all and I found Dr W Du Plessis kind and he took the time to explain what needs to be done and was willing to send quote to medical aid before doing further repairs to help me plan on the financial side.
My daughter saw Dr van Wyk on the 15th October with flu like symptoms. She acknowledged that her throat was red and diagnosed allergies. Prescribed medication for allergies and said it was probably the dust from moving. Less than 48 hours we returned as her throat felt very swollen and she was not feeling at all well. Tonsillitis or infected throat was then diagnosed. With a bill of nearly one thousand for this diagnosis to be made seems a bit steep.
