Got all the items requied, bit pricy but smokers will pay for what they need
I needed some accessories so decided to purchase them through the online store since they were priced really well. It was quick and easy with the parcel arriving early then expected. Highly recommended.
Was helped by a lady by the name of Lerato yesterday at the Sandton branch. Great customer service. Keep it up.
I deeply felt that I should extend my appreciation and overall impression of my experience a JJ Cale in Sandton City. Firstly, I was welcomed with a friendly smile on everyone's face. That made me feel so comfortable. Secondly, I was approached and assisted by the manager Grace that stopped at nothing to help me find exactly what I was after. She went above and beyond to make the whole experience special. I must admit I am so impressed at her excellent customer service and her way of making the whole event personal. I look forward to dealing with her again in the future!
This is the second time the cashier didn't give me a receipt. I had to ask for it and was then questioned again "Do you want a slip?" When I asked why it was so much more expensive then expected. The first time they made a mistake with my slip and refused to give me back my R40 after I asked for a slip. I just find it incredibly suspicious that I have to constantly ask for a slip and then there are mistakes when I do.
Paid R386 for Monte Cristo yesterday. Was so looking forward to smoking it. Estremely dissapointed. Could barely pull half a mouthful of smoke. Need the strength of a vacuum just to get anything out.
Great selection of cigars and fairly knowledgeable staff who are also very friendly. Great consistency across branches too.
Not such a big variety in comparison with on line vendors and pricier than on line competitors. Unfortunately they weren't willing to meet the price.
Great selection, variety and service. Personally, I prefer the one by Mandela Square - they have less selection but service and atmosphere is wonderful
Non-existent customer service. The staff are so apathetic they can't seem to string a sentence together. Not worth going to a place where they shrug and say they don't know what the difference is between two products.
