3rd Update:Keep reading folks-and avoid unpleasant consequences-like legal action if our truths are expressed-sorry Ashina-free speech still exits. 2nd Update: Once again AVOID!!! These big company’s couldn’t care less-mailed Edmund to no avail. Got the standard “will evaluate and get back to you”. Ya right-so the petition will start next week. Update: No response! Even worse than the food-how poor is that? Avoid! Worst place to order from, avoid at all costs and tell everyone you know to as well! Took 5 and a half hours to get 2 sandwiches-called numerous times-ended up with Ashina, apparently who owns the place-only to receive old sandwiches, soggy and disgusting-not remade or fresh?! After giving them lots of buisness definitely suggest to all the staff to avoid like the plague! And to be insulted by a 15% discount-do us a favor, how about food rather that has fresh ingredients and on time?
Ordered a platter this morning, it was urgent and i kept calling. Must say it was the best experience and the Bosses loved the it. Keep it up.
Nice environment but I was left unattended for a long time. Ended up having to get up and go back inside to get assistance. The outdoor tables could do with a good scrub.
Very disappointing. Ordered a bacon, avo and feta sandwich. Ended up getting hideous food poisoning. This was the only food I ate that day and got sick a few hours afterwards. Almost ended up in hospital because of the contaminated food. Please avoid!

I usually love Sandwich Baron, but, unfortunately, today I ordered from the Fourways branch. The delivery guy arrived 2hrs after ordering the sandwich. There was no apology, and he was apparently short of change, despite having a bag full of coins. The baguette was super stale, and tasted awful. Sadly, I don't think I'll ever get my money back for that experience. If you're looking for a Sandwich Baron, I highly recommend the branches in Rosebank and Sandton - their bread isn't stale.
What a horrible experience. Ordered my sandwich at 10:40, after I phoned 3 times to find out where my sandwich has disappeared to, it eventually arrived at 12:40. By now I am about to fall over because I am so hungry and guess what? I find a hair IN my sandwich. Who knows what type of hair it is or where it came from. ‍
I am a huge fan of Sandwich Baron, but seriously dissapointed in todays order. First time ordering from Fourways. Order took an hour and 15 minutes. I ordered avo lettuce and feta sandwich with low gi bread. I got very stale and old brown bread. Like it was standing in the wind outside. Really not nice guys!
if it were possible, I wouldn't even give one star. It took just over two hours to receive a very dry and overpriced sub. Most definitely the last time I order from The Sanwich Baron. Perhaps you should notify your clients when they place their order that they will have to wait for a extended period of time. Awful service.
