I hope I credit the correct stylist but I think it was Theo. Anyway, my super energetic 4 year old toddler wanted a fringe and we booked an appointment for her with Theo. So the big day arrives and I get my toddler seated and the assistant starts brushing out her hair - I didn't realise just how knotted her hair was but then Theo arrives to assess my daughters hair and being the perfectionist professional that he is immediately jumps in and explains to the assistant what needs to be done in the most calming manner imaginable - you just got the sense that he was on top of this knotted mess of hair. Long story short my hyper energetic toddler was made to feel calm throughout and Theo cut her fringe to perfection. Thank you!

Theo is lovely,  but won't go back to the hair salon. Not recommended for blondes. My cut is lovely but my balayage isn't that great. My hair came out GOLDEN yellow with ash blonde tones. Where I only wanted ash blonde.  In the salon it looked fine, i saw some yellow parts but didn't think it was that bad to complain about.  Thanks

I suprsised my girlfriend with a massage and  luckily the masseuse was lovely. However the receptionist was by all accounts very unfriendly and unprofessional. My girlfriend was made to feel unwelcome upon arrival. As a Spa this is not how clients should be treated. If it was not for the lovely masseuse, it would have been a 1 star review.

I had the most lovely experience here. We were staying at the hotel and I decided to treat myself and I am so glad that I did. Professional yet friendly staff. I walked away looking the best version of myself and super relaxed. I was in holiday bliss.

Theo is an amazingly talented hairstylist. Couldn't recommend him more.

So good I visited twice in one week! Their dermalogica facial was really relaxing and left me glowing.  Staff are really friendly.

I had a massage today with Nolu. She is a highly trained and experienced therapist. If you are holiday at the Beacon Island resort I can highly recommend a relaxing treatment at Jiwu Spa and Salon.

Jiwu Spa and Salon is a little gem tucked away in the Beacon Island Resort, with a selection of treatments that will most certainly indulge your soul!  Friendly staff, who go the extra mile to ensure your visit to Jiwu is a memorable one.  Jiwu is definitely on my 'to do list' every time I am in Plettenberg Bay
