One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. Rooms are modern, spacious, clean, with spectacular views. I initially booked the non sea facing room which also was a good room but once I saw the view of the ocean from the hotel reception, I decided to upgrade the room to a sea facing room which was the best decision made. Whale, dolphin and seal watching from your own room. Staff from both hotel and the dining area are very friendly. Very accommodating and always with a smile. Rooms service was outstanding. Food was absolutely delicious from the breakfast, lunch and to the dinner. I made use of the spa facilities and again the staff there were outstanding. There's are indoor and a outdoor heated pools available. I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again. Very impressive.
Location fantastic, Junior staff brilliant. As a boutique hotel they lack attention to detail. As a paying guest you have to wait in line competing with locals who have use of the gym. Never got to use it at all. The Sauna and steam room never operable. They blame load shedding, Seriously !!! The attending senior staff very rude and unhelpful. They seem to think they are doing you a favor. Food good and rooms are nice. Had to phone reception a few times for teaspoons and the TV remote. In this price range there are better options.
From arrival till departure we were treated by professional and friendly staff going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The room was luxuriously appointed. Special spoils included a welcoming drink of choice, champagne in room, turn-down service with nougat treat, wake-up coffee/tea in bed service and as it was my wife's birthday, a special gift of a scented candle and a beautifully plated slice of cake! The views were beyond amazing! It was a memorable and most enjoyable stay for us!
Advantages: - neat cleaning staff, good room cleaning - great sea view, but the same as you get from numerous other hotels in the area Disadvantages: - unfriendly female receptionist who gives you weird looks if you're not walking through the empty hotel dressed smartly, and is only friendly when you check in or extend your stay - 5 stars? Never in a lifetime. The facility is run down, the SPA area is tiny, the water is not warm, the sauna is not hot when it is in use and the steam room is probably only turned on for extra booked treatments. - Price-performance ratio both in the hotel for the rooms and in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner absolutely poor. - The overpriced "cheapest" rooms have no sea but gas station view and you can hear the noise of the ventilation systems and from the gas station. - Invoices can not be properly issued and amended as the staff is not capable of doing so. Was quite easy in other not 5-star hotels. - When checking out, one was unkindly kicked out of the room, although the hotel was completely empty and more than enough free rooms would have been available for absolutely no new guests. Conclusion: Not everything that seems to glitter is actually golden. We will never stay in this hotel again and we cannot advise anyone to do so.
We stayed at Views Hotel 20th - 22nd April and had a fabulous time. The staff were beyond brilliant and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special including surprising my husband with some birthday cake!! We would highly recommend this hotel for anybody doing the garden route or looking for a summer beach holiday.
Booked a serenity spa treatment massage ‍ as I had neck and shoulder pain. Honestly the treatment helped me tremendously and I feel a significant improvement from before. My masseuse Liska, was professional, knowledgeable and very attentive throughout with a real understanding of my pain issues checking in to see how I was throughout the massage taking place. I would highly recommend this Spa service. The heated pool, sauna and Turkish steam room as complimentary afterwards. 5/5 PS … the gift store is full of reasonably priced one off goodies … what a find!! Noteworthy details: Understated luxury for grown ups to escape to
A fantastic hotel. The views were literally spectacular. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Loved the fact that you could relax by the pool or on the terrace overlooking the sea after a hard day sightseeing. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and the food was excellent. Breakfast was a bit funny as you could order a sweet or savoury selection which came presented on a tiered platter. To us this was too much, you couldn't have just one muffin or croissant or a portion of meat/salmon. There was also a cooked selection also which was excellent. Our room was bright and modern and very well presented.
Place is good stuff are great , But we have some problems during our stay there: Our curtains just keep falling down every day for three days in row one of them at midnight when we were sleep and that’s scared us very much, The restaurant is just bad the menu have limited choices and take very long to male your order. But the breakfast is the worst one day we order and wait for half hour then ask the waiter about our order he said : sorry I forgot your order After all the place has an amazing view and suites.
Amazing relaxing hotel overlooking the stunning beach with mountains at the back The service is just perfect Loved the in room morning coffee was a plus And the warm welcome was beautiful
This was a wonderful experience. The chef is incredible, the views outstanding and an overall amazing place. Food & drinks: The chef deserves a medal. Fantastic food.
