Been a regular shopper from 2008 & since the fire & rebuild of it, have not been back to Jumbo until Jan 22 & recently. Very impressed on the tremendous new implemented staff on the floor to assist service also the warehouse/shelves tidiness & the products cleanness free of dust... Like the exposure of the various local brands/products that seem to be dominant in store as to compare to the American brands in the past. Well done for a customer worthy revamp, truly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep up the excellency & thank you.

A large clean well organized place . Selling groceries to buy in bulk, hair products, cookery. There's a secure parking and accessible for wheel chair. They are bathrooms and helpful staff.

Went to Jumbo yesterday, for the first time, because Africa wholesaler was out of stock with 'tapyt'. First encounter with two of the staff members, was very professional and were helpful. At the supposedly quicker tills or customers with less items, my experience was not as above The "supervisor 'Coloured lady... lady if I can call her that. She has got no customer etiquette." You must stand on the line. Here you must social distance. Next time I must put a board".. sic At face value, what she said nothing wrong. I had a problem with her tone. Did not show any humanity or respect to us as customers Her attitude said it all..Im IN CHARGE!

Poor service delivery. Cashiers don't specify means of payment until you get to the till. They then turn you back to start another queue.
