Kagiso Police Station

such a place with so much of potential to provide the best service to give as a government organisation. our car got hijacked at 11 vehicle recovered at 1300 driver went in to get a statement at 12 now the time is 1838 he is still waiting for a personal to help him if this is the service to the public from a police station how can we even expect help from them. please help the people to get better service with at least according to the priority of the situation they are at!!

Disgusting service from constable mabasa. Went to report an accident told him want to ' file an accident report and was asked for the file?' Then we had to break it down into grade 1 english and tell him that i want to report an accident'. He asked for the other party and i told him that they weren't available he then began giving me a long lecture on ' why does he always have to deal with all accidents where theres only one party and why do we want to report it, do qe just want to raise the stats?' Totally unacceptable uncourteous behaviour.

Service is bad they don't look after the place is dirty place service is poor

The service is very poor we needed help one night I don't know how many times did we call but did not arrive didn't even call back

Worst service ever.Even the superintendent is clueless.Was there to inquire and without him listening to what I was inquiring about he arrogantly pointed the que.One que for affidavits,cases and certifying.Patienrly waited on the que only to find that i was suppose to go to the other office for fingerprints.

Fairly good service. Station is let clean. If you know what you want and ask for proper assistance, service is fast. Great public service. Phone lines to different departments operate smoothly.
