King Guest Lodge

I’m ok with the establishment and facilities. I only have a problem with after-hours service. The contact person seems to be annoyed when one calls. if this establishment does not deal with after hours reservations then they must state so. Last night 10/01/23 she dropped the phone on me and was very rude. She is not doing anyone favours by picking up the phone.

Extremely unpleasant experience, the place is very noisy, I guess if you did not book upstairs, you are not important enough to be considered. We booked as a halfway stop on the way home, paid so much, but could not rest at all... This continued non-stop throughout our stay. Kitchen cupboards slamming, other guests tv's are so loud you can't even hear your own, staff shouting at each other, people talking right by our door, because thats where the kitchen & lounge is. Very dissapointing.

Very nice place, quite comfortable.

Terrible place. I booked two nights. There was so much of noise from the pipes geyser as well as other guest slamming doors that my wife and I could not sleep. We could not get hold of the owner or assistant. The next morning we advised them that we cannot stay the second night and we would like a refund, the owner just left. No apology, no interest in finding out the source of the noise. Very poor service

Nice, clean place, very close to the ocean. Secure and very friendly service. Lovely view from the balcony from Room 9... and a braai place just in case. Lots of stores within the vicinity for shopping.

A 5 star experience with awesome service. The most comfy layout with scrumptious breakfast. This is the place to be. Well done keep it up great staff. I truly felt like a King.

We stayed at king guest lodge ,for two nights,staff were very helpful,we did have a couple of problems,could not get satellite tv on first night.plus could not have shower on 2nd day as there was no hot water in the shower cubicle. Other then that I would recommend this guesthouse,It was a pleasure to stay there ,and we. will return again in the near future.

Wonderful place. It's clean and the service was lovely. WiFi was a bit weak other than that I would recommend people to stay there. The receptionist was amazing

Woooooow what a luxurious stay , what a clean and tidy lodge. Friendly service and friendly staff. The kitchen is neat.
