It's a dumpsite...municipality cleans once every few weeks. Broken bottles, condoms, rubbish all over. What used to be a nice place is totally ruined....just stay away.
This is a wonderful place to go and hangout with friends, or just have a nice picnic

I wonder what the mayor says whenever he passes this place. Do they even understand the meaning of "MAINTAINING " , I doubt. Back in the days this used to be a world class park.
Park has been neglected over time. But there is exciting developments in turning things around in the area and restoring it to it former glory.
Rose Garden is no longer looked after, when we visitors it's no longer a place to relax by. It looks ignored
Refreshing outing good vibes
A lovely park that hosts Bloemfontein’s biggest social event - Macufe. It has many entrances and is located conveniently right in the middle of town which makes it great if you’re traveling with public transport too. It’s also very safe during events as the police are deployed there to aid with crowd control. I highly recommend that you attend at least one event during the one week Mega event.
