Kukama is situated in the stunning "Loskop Vallei" about 40km from Groblersdal, Limpopo, close to Loskop Dam. A basic camp close to nature.
Kukama is situated about 40km from Groblersdal in the beautifull "Loskop Vallei" close to Loskop Dam. This tranquil breakaway is similar to deep Africa. With 1100 hectares of pristine bushveld savannah you will find various species of plains game and birds. What makes Kukama different from any other breakaway is the fact you are 100% private, far away from any civilization.
The camp have a fully equipped kitchen, where all your meals will be prepared on your behalf. There are three seperate rooms that provides accommodation for 13 people. There are comfortable bathrooms which works on a "donkey" System. Kukama have an open plan lounge kitchen and a spacious lapa. Its a basic camp with no electricity, lights is produced by solarpannels and lanterns.
With the guidance of a qualified nature guide, guests will be taken out on either bush walks or game drives. For the bird watchers there are ideal bird hides where most of the bushveld species can be spotted.
In the rain season the cool mountain streams will be flowing which is perfect for cooling off in the hot summer sun.
Around the camp fire, surrounded by the sounds of nature, you will find true tranquility.
