I enjoyed my stay but the photos on their website are misleading, it was not as good as the pictures made it to be. I was also under the impression that is a five star and is not

I checked in few weeks back at the lookout lodge and everything was disorganized!dirty blankets ,wasn't impressed by their room service even worse I forgot my shoes there and never got them back.  Everything was just a mess!

Hospitality, the pools are always clean, they must fix the jacuzzi & also put in a south african flag at the entrance.

Food is great, Chef has good inter personal skills.

It's a beautiful lodge, and excellent customer service.
